Public Service Announcement

If you don't have a will, please have a good one made as soon as possible.
Make sure the names are spelled correctly. Getting your will drawn up by
the cheapest lawyer in town isn't necessarily a good thing.

If you do have a will, please spell EVERYTHING out in detail ... who gets
what, etc. What you tell someone doesn't mean a thing if it's not in the
will.

Make sure your executor knows where all your important papers are ... life
insurance policies, investment accounts, bank accounts, etc.
