As I have told Judith on SEVERAL occasions and I wish you would all
agree, she needs to get to an attorney and get a trust set up. Of
course, I said I should do the same thing and nothing has been done
yet. We both own our homes, have no husband or children. We have
plans for our money and need to get this done.

Judith you better make an appointment to see an attorney in the next
two weeks. I called last week for an appointment, but the attorney was
on vacation. I just wanted to ask some questions and I will call back
on Wed to make a definite appointment.
