They may not want the house, but someone will surely want the money received when it is sold. I've seen the price of real estate in your area and your house would probably go for more than mine, even though it's smaller and on less land! It ain't chicken feed. Make sure you find an attorney who specializes in estate planning. Then think about whether to have them execute the will. An executor must be paid from estate (I think this would apply even to designated relative?) but if someone is from a long distance away it would be very difficult to manage.
