severe back injury 8 months ago and is preparing for his surgery in
August. So he's getting WC, not a salary. Nutso was insisting on
50/50 split of time with daughter- he said no problem. Then Nutso put
the baby in daycare on her days and told him he had to pay the bill
for daycare. To which he said- I can provide her with daycare- I'M
HOME! Thankfully when he talked to the lawyer yesterday he
immediately responded that that would be an issue- I'm hoping this guy
is good.
It is a shame that an attorney wasn't consulted before this all escalated,
but like we all know, hindsight is 20/20. Is there something in PA where
he can get an injunction (maybe that isn't the correct word because I have
an awful sinus infection and head is a bit foggy) or something where
neither is allowed to leave the state with the child until a custody issue
is resolved? Or...maybe something where a caseworker can get involved and
do home checks, etc. to help make sure she isn't going to run with the
child?
