If it's not ants, it's Word bugging me

Starting yesterday, the spellchecker and grammar checker in my Word
2002 stopped working. When I first noticed it, I rebooted and things
came back to normal.

Well, today rebooting didn't work. I still get the following messages:
Word cannot find the spelling file MSSpell3.dll or mssp223.dll.

Then after I hit okay, a second message comes up:
Word cannot find the grammar file msgr??32.dll.

Any ideas from the Word gurus here what's going on? Is it time to
invest in yet another computer? I need these features of Word since,
as you can tell from below, I is a terribel speler at times.
