My son went fishing this weekend and came home with some beautiful salmon
fillets. I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but it's okay. Anyone have a great
recipe for baking it? (Maybe I'll like it better if I can cook it right).

Liz gave me a fantastic Asian marinade for halibut, but I don't think it
would be great for salmon. Any suggestions?


A really simple one that I like is a 50/50 marinade of soy sauce and maple
syrup.

If you use a ziplock bag to marinade, you don't need to make a large amount.
