I usually just bake or broil with lemon, butter and dill, maybe lemon pepper and a little garlic powder. I'm a fish nut, though, and I'm desperately envious of your fresh salmon!! Can I trade you for some of my BF's gumbo? He made a big pot yesterday, and it's really yummy!
