Well, all is for naught. My son tells me that he is going to smoke it. Which
is just dandy with me as I love smoked salmon.

Couldn't live without the indoor grill (one that comes apart easily so you
can clean the dumb thing). Salmon usually gets one of two basic
treatments: Bottled teryaki sauce near the end or a quick squeeze of
lemon on the plate. There's already a lot going on with salmon--why
complicate it? IMHO, you get tricky with the salad or rice that go along
with.
Now, mahi mahi is another story. . . I can complicate the hell out of
that. <G>
