My dogs do that if they sense I am feeling poorly or am about to. They have
a 6th sense but that does not mean it is about you. Mine also do that when
thunderstorms are not even around but they appear fairly quickly.

Today my pets (1 dog and 2 of my 3 cats) are acting goofy. The dog won't
let me out of his sight and at this moment is lying under my chair (he's
never done that before). One cat, a normally shy one, keeps walking
across my keyboard, meowing at me, and wanting me to hold her. Another
cat who usually sleeps all day keeps waking up and coming out to meow at
me a few times and then go back to his bed.
The weather is fine, no thunderstorms. Their food and water dishes are
full. This is so unlike them, it makes me wonder what's going on!

He was alone with the horse on a grassy hillside under a blue sky. And
there were birds singing.
