I hate computers!

Backum-up computer died. Took it to a shop my daughter's boyfriend recommended. They ficked it. Cost $112. I was happy with the low price. Got 'puter home and plugged it in. Damned thing did not boot. Took back to shop. They called me and said hard drive died. Quoted a price. I said forget it, and picked up computer.

Decided to fick it myself. Finally got it to boot, using old DOS commands. Decided to install Windows XP Home Edition. Installed. Used up all my hard drive space. Decided to re-install, this time formatting HD. This time it looks good, but.....

When I scroll down a page, it does it funny, just a part of a page at a time, kinda herky-jerky. Anybody know what my problem might be?
