No answer for you...but just wanted to vent about it. It is really
aggravating when they throw something in the medical record like that
(who cares where she teaches) and you have to take time to look it up.
Looking up medications, diagnoses, etc. that's an expected part of the
job but when they thrown in personal info just because they know it
drives me up a wall. I had one just yesterday where he said "the
patient's husband works as a consultant for XYZ Inc. Took me 10 minutes
to google and find the correct name of the company.
