Wow, 28 lbs is great! We all have our tastes. I like soy milk flavor okay (chocolate is great)

Thanks for trying, though. I'm having a tough time trying to do this low carb diet thing indefinitely. I have lost 28 pounds so far though, since the first of the year!

Here's a delicious, diabetic friendly smoothie recipe that I like:
4 strawberries
1 cup soy milk (you can use Westsoy, sweetened with Splenda)
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
