That definitely could be it. He'd be saying "bovine" slightly funny, but it
makes a lot more sense than the two options I came up with. Google does
seem to suggest they use bovine and porcine valves. I'm going to point it
out to them, but at least I won't look like an idiot (like I would've if I
sent in "bilateral").

I think I may be able to make it sound like "bilateral mitral valve," but
that doesn't make sense. Does anyone have any guesses as to what else
could be? I'm sorry I don't have more info to go on.
