Could he be saying "bovine"? I've heard of porcine valves but neverreplacement
bovine. Just a guess.

I think I may be able to make it sound like "bilateral mitral valve," but
that doesn't make sense. Does anyone have any guesses as to what else
could be? I'm sorry I don't have more info to go on.
