"Unusual" side effect

I don't know if everyone has heard of this, and I figured I'd pass it on. I
was transcribing a note, and learned an alarming new side effect of a
medication. As I also take this from time to time, I'm somewhat upset my
doctor didn't specifically alert me to this possibility when he prescribed
it.

ALLERGIES: Ambien causes drowsiness.

The best part is, I pointed this out to them asking if they wanted to leave
it, and they said yes. It's not really a big deal, but it's like nails on a
chalkboard to me. Perhaps they should start adding things such as
"Pravachol causes lowered cholesterol. Tylenol causes slight increased
tolerance to pain." etc.

AGGHHH!!!
