there), there are worse hobbies I could have.

And yeah, the occasional large, household item is pretty cool. I think
it helps to be a reliable panelist for a while. I was with HP for a year
or two before they started turning me on to bigger items. For the most
part, though, it's stuff like 6 months' worth of cat litter, comparing
things like shampoos, previewing TV pilots or commercials (they use VHS
tapes that self-erase as you watch them!)

LOL--I actually got into these because I complained about something and
I guess I threw in a useful suggestion with my whine. Always satisfying
to think you have a hand in keeping lousy products off the shelves.
