My husband gets paid by direct deposit, I get one of my checks direct
deposited and the rest mailed to me. I've never paid for direct deposit and
do not plan on it. In fact, I even get free checking because I have direct
deposit set up so I get a lot more benefit from direct deposit, but I refuse
to pay for it.

Just spoke to DH and it was ordered by Fed Government for employees as
Direct Deposit saved them TONS of money!!

No fee, and it's strongly encouraged by my employer. My paycheck is
always there when it's supposed to be, and I really love direct deposit.
