Janice,
First of all understand that I AM NOT CHERYL, and my answer may not be
right...

Having said that....
If you don't know what formatted entries are, you probably don't have any.
When you want to add formatting to your AutoCorrect entry (italics, bold,
etc), when you enter it into AutoCorrect you have to click on the "Formatted
Text" button just above the "Replace" Box in AutoCorrect. If you have never
done this, and didn't know you could... then you don't have any formatted
entries.

Interesting, I didn't know that you could do that. All my autocorrect
entries are not formatted then. I just hit bold before I type the
autocorrect, or Control I, etc. That way if I don't want them bolded
or italicized.

If you have them bolded or "formatted" and you don't want it bolded,
then do you have two entires?

Like PEB (for PE bolded)?
