Yeah but I live within 5 to 10 miles of two major refineries and another one
that is about 25 miles way that supply our area, and we have some of the
highest prices. Our gas comes from these refineries.

But it is kind of an artificial market since there are only about six oil
refineries and everyone needs gas and oil (even people who ride the bus
