I think my cell phone tops the list. It keeps telling me I have voice messages. When I click a bunch of things and bring up voice messages, it tells me to leave a message. I don't want to leave one - I want to get one, but I do as I'm told and leave a message. Now I have more voice messages.

I have this other gadget that is now perplexing me. It's an atomic clock that is radio-controlled from somewhere in Colorado. It has sat on the desk for years, giving me the time and temperature and even projecting the time on the ceiling. Seems kinda silly to look up at the ceiling when it is right in front of me, though.

While trying to "fall back" from daylight savings time, I couldn't set the time, but managed to set an alarm, actually I set two alarms. Now they go off every so often. I tried unsuccessfully to turn the alarms off, but they wouldn't do it. I finally unplugged the clock, removed the batteries, then plugged it back in. Haven't heard any more alarms.

The destructions said to make sure it could receive the signal, like how would I know that? Then wait 10 minutes and it would set. It's been about 8 hours and it still hasn't set. I think it does it at night or something. Maybe the clock fairy comes in and sets it or something. If it is not showing some time in the morning, I guess I will actually read the destructions and try to set it manually

Some good news to report!! I found the manual for my answering machine and sat the time and date to the correct time.

Other great news!!!! Sharper Image is opening a new store in Albuquerque Wednesday!! Now I will be able to play with, uh, make that try out some of their goodies. It's gonna be more funnnnnnn!!!!
