I don't disagree with any of that. But accusing Bush of lying about
WHY he wanted to go there by citing the fact that no WMDs have been
found is totally disingenuous, and the information I posted clearly
proves that. As to the fact that "no one else would have made this
happen," that's what real leaders do, they don't just bluster and talk,
they DO. History will decide how their actions are judged (even Nixon
was "rehabilitated" by the time he died!). The surest way not to be
criticized for making mistakes is to never do anything of consequence.
And I've already said I agree that the Bush administration screwed up
in their analysis of the situation in Iraq and they should just admit
that.
