Re: Restraining Order Update

Youd think some judge would have a stern lecture for the mother of this kid

That's so sad, Karen! It's hard to believe anyone would defend him after he knocked his grandmother around. What a lousy situation. I'm glad you guys at least have it on paper that he isn't allowed to be anywhere near your mom or brother; if he tries anything, at least the police have a leg to stand on to arrest him. I wish you could have been included in the order of protection.

Unfortunately, the mother of the jerk is still living in the
house, and she is no prize, either. (If she'd halfway tried to
raise the jerk when he was younger, we wouoldn't be dealing with
any of this stupidity now, but . . . )

The whole fmaily is split. I'm with my brother and Mom, as is my
other sister (borderline retarded, but she's scared to death of
John). The other sister (John's mother) and her brood are really
causing a ruckus--probably because everybody else has to deal
with him now, and they don't want him around them, either.

The whole thing is really sad. He's probably going to have to
get into some serious trouble and do major jail time before he
even thinks about cleaning up his act and becoming a reasponsible
human being. Hopefully, he won't kill someone before that
happens.

People like my sister should NOT reproduce. 8-( The three she
had, she screwed up royally. She didn't stop to think that
you're supposed to put some time and effort into raising them.
