Consultation dictated by a ESL hepatologist who is going to order a
bunch of tests on a patient who has all sorts of weird abdominal
symptoms.

Among them: a 5' nucleotide ("five prime nucleotide"), GGT,
anti-smooth-muscle antibody.

One of them stumped me: sounds like "anti el Kamer antibody".

It's probably so basic I'll slap my forehead in embarrassment.
