Cooking bags

Yesterday, for the first time, I threw the turkey in a cooking bag. No
basting, and the turkey turned out so moist and tasty. The best thing
was that the meat pretty much just fell off the bones so making turkey
stew today was absolutely painless. I had just put enough turkey on
the platter last night for the meal and turkey sandwiches and left
everything else in the roasting pan. Then today I threw the roasting
pain back in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, and then tossed
all the warm meat and drippings into the stew pot with the left over
veggies. OH SO SIMPLE. Then... I called my sister who was still
boiling the meat off the bones of her turkey and I gloated for a bit.
