LMAO. I never understood the leaf blower mentality. Isn't it easier to hoist a broom or rake than that much dead weight? And why do people who have them always decide it's okay to fire them up at 7 o'clock in the morning? (Not you, surely.)

Heck, I waited until 7:15! Actually, it was about 10:30, and my leaf blower/vac is electric, not very loud. My yard is Albuquerque xeriscape (zerryscape) all rock. Hard to rake leaves out of rocks. I did find out quickly that it blows better than it sucks. Standing there trying to suck one leaf out of the rocks at a time was somewhat of a chore. I then blew all the leaves into a pile and sucked them into the bag. Worked pretty well, but dusty as hell. I'm going to the home store and get a dust mask before I do more. Not a real good combination with emphysema and on oxygen.

Clearly, you don't have enough toys. Have you tried watching HGTV to get new ideas on Largely Useless Stuff You Can't Live Without? I find the DIY shows are dangerous that way.

HGTV. Is that Home and Garden TV or one of those order on the phone places.

Let's see... the Magic Bullet thing has been used 3 times. The IPOD Martha wanted is still sitting here on my desk, songs all loaded. The circular saw I bought last year is still in the box - I should have taken it back when I bought the leaf blower.

I can't use the Sharper Image eyeglass cleaner any more. Martha and I searched the house, cars, etc. for two days, trying to find my lost glasses. They were in the Sharper Image glass cleaner, right on my desk. Didn't think about looking there.

The most fun thing coming up is getting the Jacuzzi jetted tub installed this weekend. Martha and I drew quite a crowd of shoppers at Lowe's when we "tried it out" to make sure we could get in and out of it. I almost went to sleep in the jacuzzi at Holiday Express at the Grand Canyon last week and almost drownded! I had set the timer for 15 minutes, but I guess it didn't work.

Oh, just remembered. I gotta call about getting a king sized bed.
