Re: OT: Pop-Up Web Pages

Uh, yes I am. Prolly no one will believe this, but I have never been to a porn site. I am too cheap to pay for dirty pictures. Besides, it might interfere with my toy buying.

Newest toy: Toro leaf blower-vac. Soon as I get a transcriber shipping, I'm going out and play with it. (I mean pick up some leaves from the back yard!)

Neal, you should avoid the porn sites. <G> (I've stumbled into those when surfing for medical/anatomy stuff and the only way out was to force quit the browser.)

Or are you implying they're doing this on other crappy sites now, too?

Is anyone else getting these? Every time I open a new web page, another web page, usually related to the web page I am opening, pops up over the first one. I guess this is a new way to get around the pop-up blockers, but it is getting aggravating.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop them?

Thanks,
