Thanks Ed, Dell is offering the upgrade with only a charge for shipping
of $10. I have had several Dells and my last and current computers
(current one 6 years old) are Dells. Most of the computers I have looked
at offer the Media program. Would you change that to XP Pro?

No, I wouldn't change it to XP Pro. XP Media Center has every single
feature that XP Pro has, but is less expensive.
Even if you plan to never use the Media Center features, I would go with
Media Center.
The XP Home version lacks some features that are important to some folks,
but Media Center is not really missing anything that Pro has.
