I doubt VR will ever be good enough not to need an editor. Doctors misspeak and say the wrong word. I don't think VR is up to that yet. They also make other errors that only a human can detect (say patient hs an allergy, then say on that same med). Of course, to save money the powers that be may choose not to see this fact.
