More Loud Fans

Well, I think I've isolated the sound to the power supply fan, and I
can only describe the sound as "revving." It *looks* like it's
spinning at a constant speed, but when you listen, it revs faster,
slower, faster,,, louder, softer, louder. I don't know of a fan that
doesn't run at a constant speed, but this one sure sounds like it is
changing speeds. Don't know if that's normal (and just loud) or a
sign of an impending problem.
