Some power supply fans are easy to replace and some are a real hassle
and it's best to just replace the whole power supply.

If this is a computer you plan on keeping for a while, you might want
to spend a little and get a really good quality power supply for it.
The fans that come on cheap replacement power supplies are,
well.....................cheap.

PC Power and Cooling, Antec, and several other companies make quality
power supplies.
