Lanier VoiceWrite EX "HELP"

Hello Everyone

I recently started with a company that uses Lanier. I must say that I
haven't transcribed much because I've had trouble with my Lanier
station from the beginning. After solving the issue with the
suppressor tone and being able to transcribe for a few days, the
hospital's system is now recognizing my station as a dictator and is
asking for a USER ID instead of a TRANS ID. I've checked the *99 then
1 (FUNCTION REG) and it is set at 20, which is transcription mode.
Could any of you help with this issue? I would greatly appreciate it.
