Secure File Deletion Programs

Any recommendations? I have until Tuesday or Wednesday, and I'm
shooting for Tuesday, to securely delete all files off of two parallel
partitions (don't know the lingo) before my new hard drive appears. I'm
pretty sure Dell is going to want this hard drive back after sending
the new one since that is how they handled a sound card replacement.
