Thanks guys. I'll check out the link. I think I'll call Dell to see if
they have any recommendations too. The guy I spoke with from AOL the
other day said "Hey, nobody said what type of damage had to be done
prior to the return; there are always things like hammers and
microwaves. " lol

This is the place we usually send folks to who ask questions like this
at MT Desk ... we sort of view the MTs who post at Harrie's as the most
knowledgeable around when it comes to issues like this, if they can't
give you the answer to something like this just about nobody can :)
