I wonder if all these pointed questions directed at Dell have done
nothing but pique their curiosity about exactly WHAT is on your hard
drive, and that they will now move heaven and earth when they receive
it to see if they can retrieve any juicy bits?

That hammer and nail are sounding better all the time.
