You're lucky you have an in on the level of a tech as well as MT. I
realize that some people have the gift of being able to compose their
thoughts and speak at the same time, but some just don't even seem to be
trying.



Our other NP has that gift in spades and majored in English in college. She
is a pleasure to transcribe, and she even speaks at exactly my typing
speed:).

This other one is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. You know,
if it was just about her dictation I could deal with it, but her clinical
skills also suck.

When I transcribe her stuff I just get more and more upset thinking about
the quality of care our patients are getting from her.

I better go take my BP meds.
