Plow? Isn't that something that farmers use? It is a heavy, wet snowA plow is something every other pickup truck in Maine carries around
and right now the streets are slushy, but tonight that slush will turn
to ice and make driving bad tonight and tomorrow morning.
About the only thing the city does is spread sand at the overpasses and
intersections. It is unusual for Albuquerque to get more than an inch
or two, so we are really unprepared. I would like to go up in the
Sandia Mountains and play, but Interstate 40 and Route 66 are closed
going east.
It's been snowing steadily for the past several hours, and looking at
Weather Bug maps, it looks like there is more coming in from the east.
Once again, Colorado and New Mexico are experiencing the same storm.

So what happens when you get 4 inches of snow? Does the city plowthe

on the front of it most of the winter. Some folks might use tractors,
but plowing in a comfortable truck with the stereo blasting is much
nicer.
Looks like I got my wish. It's SNOWING! DH said it was supposed to be
like an inch, but it's more than that and still coming down pretty
good.
