I saw the Dyson vacuum cleaner on HSN (Home Shoppers Network) on TV as
the Special Value of the Day this past weekend. They ran out of them,
and then put up another Dyson vacuum cleaner with FREE shipping and 5
easy payments, which is cool.

I had always used Hoovers, but with the pets and my disdain for
vacuuming, it really took a beating sometimes. It would break down
and then cost just about as much as it was to buy a new Hoover.

A few years ago, I bought a Kenmore cannister, and I do love it. It
is lightweight and easy to carry around. I still procrastinate
vacuuming, but this Kenmore can handle all the dust bunnies -- or
maybe I should say dust jack rabbits! ;>)

That Dyson looks like a dream. Every single person I have heard from
who owns a Dyson says it is the absolutely nuts, meaning it's GREAT.
$400-plus is too much for me to spend, I am thinking, but if it is
just that great, then maybe I should reconsider.

PLEASE do let us all know how you like your brand-new Dyson when you
receive it. Inquiring minds want to know! :>)

If I had my way, I'd get me a maid every now and then to do the
vacuuming, but as long as I'm willing and able -- well, maybe not
willing! -- I will keep on doing the vacuuming myself.
