Susan, I have seen you express your distaste for other people's opinions in not very nice ways when they directly conflicted with your own worldview. In fact, I've seen you get downright nasty with folks if they even breathed a hint of a whiff of disagreeing with you.

Don't act like you're being picked on for no good reason. In Usenet world, you're being picked on for a very valid reason, which is stating an opinion as fact and failing to back it up. All you needed to do was cite data OR say it was your opinion or something you'd heard--up front.
