Thank you, Lizzie. At the beginning of March I finally arranged
things so I could have one day (from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) all to
myself. No one to take care of (Bror is at dialysis those hours), no
visit to my stepfather, no grocery shopping or running errands, just
totally FREE time for me. I've had two such days and I'm so grateful
for them because once Bror gets his pacemaker or defibrillator, I'll
have to drive him everywhere, including dialysis, so there goes my
free 5 1/2 hours per week until he can drive again (4 to 6 weeks . . .
maybe longer).

When it starts getting hectic again, remember to take some time for
yourself, no matter how hard it is to try to "find" it.
