Wow Ed,

You are one heck of a patient man. I think if I was in your position,
though, with sometimes having to wait an hour or more I would lug along my
laptop, plug in my headset and watch a movie!

Cheers,

Julie from Oz

I'm actually a very impatient man by nature, but I have managed to change my
perspective on many things.

A few years ago, I would have sat there getting more and more angry by the
minute. By the time they called me in my blood pressure would be so high
that they would want to increase or add more meds:).

I know who the good docs are in this town so I'm not going to change to
anyone else because I have to occasionally wait to see them. So I had the
choice to sit there and stew or to take advantage of the free time and do
something I enjoy that I rarely have time to do or even get something done
that needs to be done.

When I take my laptop with me, I can *always* find something productive or
enjoyable to do, but even if I just take a good book or a couple of
magazines I'm happy.
