Update: Appointment refusal -20 minute rule


My daughter wrote a letter to the insurance company with cc to each
doctor in the practice, the PA Insurance Commissioner, the PA Medical
Board, and the two hospitals where the group is on staff. One of the
hospitals apparently owns the mega group and sent a letter of apology
to my daughter, stating that there is no such thing as a 20 minute rule
in the practice and the way she was treated was regretable. The letter
also assured her that a full investigation was underway.
