Even if there was a "20-minute rule" you know what they say, rules are
made to be broken, and there's an exception to every rule. It would be
different if she was always late for appointments and they were trying
to teach her a lesson or something. I am glad she got an apology, she
definitely deserved one. I hope her healing and her pregnancy both
continue to go well.
