Where you you getting that Lupron comes in doses of 5000 IU? A Google
on "Lupron 5000" gets no hits. My D&D shows it only as 5 mg/mL and the
Depot formulations as 3.75, 7.5, 11.5, 22.5, and 30 mg. Lupron
Depot-Ped is 7.5, 11.25 and 15.

I'm thinking you must be thinking of something else, but I can't think
what.

You're right. It was Lupron in combination with 5000 units of HCG for
infertility treatment.
