Genetic counseling word

This is a genetic counseling evaluation of a child with problems with speech.

Doc dictates: Pertinent clinical features include normocephaly with residual right plagiocephaly, mild midfacial hypoplasia, long eyelashes, flaring of the medial brow and mild *sonophorous*.

I don't seem to be able to find anything that fits. The doc is pretty clear. Any ideas?
