Gisele,
To answer your question it is very easy. I don't know about ES, but
in Bytescribe, you just put the CD in the drive and when you open
Bytescribe and it asks where the file is, you say D, E, F, whatever
you have named the CD drive. It only goes searching for the dss files
anyway, so it might even tell you where it located. When I do my one
MAC owner, then instead of dss, I have to set it to look for wma
files.
I have had to use this on several occasions when the FTP was down or a
new person didn't know how to transfer the files. I am close enough,
I run over to the office, burn a CD, come home and be able to
transcribe.
