Your description fits the town to a T, and I'm sure that's exactly why they decided on Vegas. Doesn't matter to me, really, as I'm not going anyway. I just thought it seemed a little odd.

Maybe so, but if you lived in a tiny Podunk town, LV might be a more attractive place to assemble.
Like as not, the people running the reunion decided on it.
