Need AAMT BOS information


I hate to appear brain dead but I need some info about the BOS. The
edition I have is 1995 - and we all know there have been dozens of
changes since then, therefore, I want to buy a new one. My question is
- what edition/year is the latest BOS? I've been looking on eBay and
there are some but are kind of elusive about the edition. Sure don't
want to buy an old one.
