theory they are supposed to be available at all these different points
where patients are seen, but in fact, they just are not, and it's

those pushing them say. That's probably (or totally) due to operator
error. We heard the same thing about VR close to 10 years ago. Now, we
know it works when used correctly; however, we also know that doctors
hate to change the way they do things and can't be bothered. Some of us
knew that then. Didn't stop the sales reps from pedaling them.
