Course not - but this group is 99.9% American and its language is
English, mostly American English. This moron is advertising to an
English-speaking audience (otherwise why the attempt to use our
language instead of say Spanish). Therefore, it also stands to reason
he's not looking for MTs to transcribe for doctors dictating in his own
country.
