internet you have a bandwidth problem. Not solved by hardware at your
end in most cases. What you need is faster internet.
Some VOIP routers have QOS settings, you can workaround by getting one
that does have that, and use that to prioritize your VOIP traffic. I
have found that works pretty lousy if you don't have enough bandwidth.
I would call your ISP and tell them you need more speed both up and
down.
If you mention to them the problem is your VOIP and you are not using
*their* VOIP expect them to suggest you switch to their service which
will work great.
But the real reason it will work great is they are deliberately
crippling other providers VOIP customers, of which you are likely one.
It's that while "net neutrality" debate in congress. That's a scam
IMHO.
You mostly need more speed.
